You have most of your wedding details completed, but need some assistance in tying up loose ends. This package includes vendor confirmations, timeline review, (5) one hour planning meetings, ceremony rehearsal, (10) hours of wedding day management.

02. month-of coordination

We want to learn more about your vision so we can guide you on your adventure for just the two of you, or an intimate affair with your closest family and friends. We will provide the essentials to include venue sourcing, booking and permitting, a licensed officiant, one hour of photography coverage, reception meal guidance, event design and (2) planning consultation sessions. Additional items such as floral, signage and decor can be added at an additional cost.

Designed for the couple who wants a professional to manage their wedding day from start to finish. This may also include full weekend services to manage ancillary events such as rehearsal dinners, welcome parties or a farewell brunch. This service includes unlimited emails and scheduled calls or meetings. In addition to partial planning services, this package incorporates complete vendor research, sourcing, booking and management. Other details include on site assistance for venue selection, budget tracking, RSVP management, lodging management, design development, rentals management, event diagramming, personal errands and more!

04. full service planning

This is perfect for the couple who enjoys planning, but prefers to have someone to bounce ideas off of and make sure you're on track. In addition to the coordination services above, this collection includes vendor guidance, contract negotiation, and complete liason services at 30 day mark. (8) one hour planning meetings to review topics such as budget, design elements and logistics.

03. partial planning

Are you envisioning a dream proposal? Perhaps you're planning a birthday bash, anniversary party or bridal shower. Let us assist in curating and designing your event. Services may include set-up, coordination and strike.

05. special occasions

Your moment is here. We want you to arrive at your venue, take a deep breath, and enjoy each memory with your family and friends. Our team will be on site, serving as your creative director, receiving and directing your vendor team. We will orchestrate the details from start to finish such as delivering your lunch, ensuring each place card is aligned and cueing up toasts and dances. Let the adventure of a lifetime begin!

EVENT MANAGEMENT 

In this phase, all of the behind the scenes magic comes to life. Correspondence with your vendor team allows us to develop a custom timeline that outlines back of house production and key elements throughout the day. This includes elements such as delivery schedules, catering components, sunset photos, final walkthroughs and other logistics ensuring all parties are aligned.

PRODUCTION 

Our team will develop a visual guide for your event day, keeping your vision and personal style at the top of mind. What inspires you as a couple? What are your favorite hobbies? Together we will curate design boards guiding your color palette, decor elements, unique personal touches, floor plans and the overall experience for your guests. 

DESIGN 

Getting to know you and gathering your ideas is how we kick off our planning journey together. Assistance with venue selection, building your perfect vendor team, and developing a budget are part of how we guide you to creating the perfect event. You'll have access to checklists, an event management calendar, production timelines and additional planning resources.
